ICC World Twenty20 Sri Lanka 2012 - Official Event Song [Sinhala version]
The International Cricket Council (ICC), in collaboration with the host nation music stars, Bathiya Jayakody and Santhush Weeraman, launched the ICC World Twenty20 Sri Lanka 2012 official event song ‘Vissai Vissa’ (Twenty Twenty).

The official event song of the ICC WT20 SL 2012 captures the spirit and energy of Sri Lanka and the Twenty20 format of the game. The song ‘Vissai Vissa’, in essence means ‘Twenty Times More’.

Featuring a burst of Sri Lankan percussions and the island’s unique celebratory ‘papare’ music style, the song reflects the promise of the ICC World Twenty20; twenty times more passion, energy and excitement.

Pop and Rap duo Bathiya & Santhush are one of the biggest names in Sri Lanka music and have revolutionized the music industry in the country. The duo, together with the ICC will launch a unique campaign to involve all cricket fans with the music video of Vissa’.
